Project Planning
- We begin with understanding your goals: site type (office, data centre,
control room, etc.), expected load, cable & HVAC needs, future scalability. - Surveys and assessments to measure to subfloor conditions, elevations, access points, and structural constraints.
- Create timelines, risk assessments, resource schedules, and planning budgets so you know what to expect from Day 1

Design
- Produce precise CAD / BIM drawings for your raised floor layout, pedestal grid patterns, panel types, cable routing paths, ventilation design, cutouts, ramp areas, etc.
- Choose panel types: wood core, calcium sulfate, steel, aluminum honeycomb, cementitious, or composite panels (they already list wood core, calcium sulphate, airflow, etc.).

Procurement

- Negotiate with manufacturers and vendors to get competitive pricing, ensuring authenticity and warranty compliance.
Construction / Installation
- Our trained installation teams handle the on-site building: erecting pedestals, stringers and laying panels precisely.
- Cutouts and modifications on site for cables, access hatches, floor boxes, ramps, or ducts.
- Fit finishing layers (ceramic, wood, carpet, etc.) on top of panel per design.
- Install underfloor systems: cable trays, airflow ducts, cooling systems if needed (especially relevant in data centers), access grommets, etc.
- Quality checks during installation: alignment, leveling, stability, panel flushness.
Post-Construction / Maintenance & Support
- Final inspections, punch lists, and quality acceptance tests (load tests, deflection checks, flatness).
- Training your maintenance staff on how to access floor void, remove panels safely, and reinsert without damage.
